Programme Description

In line with our commitment to continuous improvement, South East Training Solutions Limited reserves the right to change the course content and/or trainer in line with market demands. South East Training Solutions Limited reserves the right to alter or cancel published dates and change venues without liability. Should this occur delegates will be offered an alternative, refund or credit note.

Registration Instructions

Once we receive a completed booking form we will contact you to confirm and issue full joining instructions detailing your participation on the training event. This includes a learning outcomes questionnaire and an outline agenda. For external training this will also include venue details, timings and a location map with access information.

Fees

Average in-house fees range from 300 per half day introductory training up to 900 per one-day specialist training for a minimum of 6 delegates. This fee includes all training items, assessments, feedback and attendance certificates. Concessions may be available in certain circumstances.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a training event please call us on 01344 307444 as soon as possible and we will be happy to help you. The following charges apply if you cancel:

You may make a delegate substitution without incurring additional fees but there is an administration charge of 60 for transferring a delegate to a place on a later training programme, subject to full payment of the original fee.

Payment

Payment can be made by cheque or BACS, and must be received fourteen days from the date of the invoice. In the event of late payment we reserve our statutory right to charge interest on the outstanding payment due under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
